Santa's sleigh and gifts at the Gulliver attraction at Fantassia park

During this winter and holiday season, the Fantassia amusement park is not open to the public. Did you know that the magical beings in the park fly to Santa’s land? They will prepare all the presents and answer all the children’s letters.

Christmas is coming…

Soon the holidays for your lovely children who, of course, have all been super good in 2023!!! Unfortunately, if you were planning to visit us, the park is currently closed until spring break. However, Christmas is everywhere at the Fantassia amusement park. In fact, as the holidays approach, many magical creatures such as the famous elves, the magnificent fairies or even the mischievous leprechauns, go on a mission to the North Pole. Quite an adventure! In his workshop very, very far from the park, in a very cold country, Santa Claus recruits a good part of our enchanted team. Indeed, they have to wrap all the gifts you order well. And including those of the big dreamers…

Christmas is here!

Just like the wave of a magic wand, on December 24 in the night and at the foot of the tree, the gifts reach out to you. However, at Fantassia park, beyond the gifts, Christmas is above all a moment of sharing.
We wish you a day filled with love, laughter and precious moments with family and friends. May the magic of Christmas permeate each of your dreams and shine in your heart throughout the year to come. It’s the perfect time to cherish memories, create new ones. And of course don’t forget to continue to believe in the magic that surrounds us. May this Christmas bring you stars in your eyes, warm smiles and unforgettable memories.

Merry Christmas to everyone!

The 20 years of Fantassia park at the unicorn attraction

The 20 years of Fantassia park at the unicorn attraction

Opening of the Fantassia amusement park with elves and goats

2023 is the 20th anniversary of the Fantassia theme park. The opportunity for a flashback on the history of the park and its evolution. In this article, focus on the attraction of the unicorns.

20 years ago, some dwarf goats

When the Fantassia amusement park opened in 2003, this area housed dwarf goats. The park was called, at that time, “Le Royaume des Lutins” (“The Kingdom of the Elves”). A quiet walk would take you to discover farm animals, and only mischievous elves populated this magical kingdom.
Thus, dwarf chickens, ducks, black swans, doves, guinea pigs and even dwarf goats lived there. Milka, Lolo, Esméralda, and even Noiraude welcomed you as soon as you entered. The children could then give them some seeds to eat behind their barrier. In fact, it was not possible to enter their enclosure. Indeed, we have always wanted to maintain a distance between man and animal in order to ensure their peace.

Today, some mighty unicorns

When the dwarf goats disappeared, the unicorns took up residence in this magical enclosure. Today, you will still be able to see their former sheepfold which has become a mysterious household.
If you wanna know, these fantastic creatures are making their entrance in 2017 at the first attraction at the Fantassia leisure park. They evolve in a landscape straight out of fairy tales. Fairy trees, multicolored mushrooms, a real enchanted forest to delight young and old dreamers.
The decorations are created by the park’s artist, Aude. Shes uses resin for the unicorns and concrete for the trees and the mushrooms.
This scene is very fragile, you will therefore not be able to enter their enclosure or ride one of their majestic unicorns. But maybe one of them will let their snout be stroked…

Ticket reception at Fantassia theme park

Closure of the Fantassia amusement park this Sunday, November 5. It’s time to draw the curtain on the 2023 season.

A year full of novelties

The closure of the Fantassia leisure park took place this Sunday, November 5 at 4:30 p.m. And yes, the theme park always closes its seasons at the end of the All Saints’ Day holidays and then reopens for the first spring holidays, at the beginning of April. It’s time to take stock of this year 2023. It saw the birth of the fantastic creature called the hippogriff, new this year. Always looking for more magic, more modernity, the amusement park team wants to reach older children and of course dreaming adults. This is why the settings are always more fantastic and grandiose. The park’s puzzles and small observation games evolve every year. We want to please the whole family. Thus, the walk includes observation games from 3 years old to adults and puzzles for 10-12 year olds.

On the way to 2024

Even if the park closes its doors to visitors, that doesn’t mean the small family team of Fantassia is crossing their fingers. 5 months separate us from the 2024 season and it is already time to build new projects for next year. The months go by very quickly and the weather can be unpredictable for working on new outdoor settings. You must therefore optimize your time. Furthermore, maintaining the park’s vegetation requires hours of daily presence. Prune, cut, replant. Long-term work! And yes, thousands of plants and trees adorn the course.
As for what’s new, we won’t tell you any more at the moment.
We invite you to follow our winter work on our social networks Facebook and Instagram.
